Maison LESLEY does not accept returns or refunds unless the item you purchased is defective and the tag is not removed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You must send us the item you consider defective within 2 days of its delivery to the address that we will provide you in the email.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and contact you via email regarding a potential refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price after deduction of tax and shipping fees, using the original method of payment.
Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
